I hope I remembered how to post links correctly.
I'm not dead, I'm still planning on coming back, I've just been working on a couple projects.
One of them is my book, where a man, his friend, his wife, and a few others try to take down an army lead by a ruthless man who has an urge to alter reality, time, and space to his liking.
The other is a graphic novel inspired by a version of Hank Williams' "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry" covered gy Johnny Cash and Nick Cave. In it, Johnny Cash and Nick Cave are detectives who are faced with a series of crimes in the rural American town Cash is located in. They're accompanied by Leonard Cohen, The Highwaymen, The Bad Seeds, among other people like Henry Rollins and Glenn Danzig. Their ultimate issue is based on the return of an evil mastermind who faked his death in 1987, and he's back in 1995 to wreak havoc behind the scenes.
I'm also writing my very first bandslash, centered on none other than Nick Cave and Blixa Bargeld. It's supposed to be a fictional take on the early Bad Seeds based on real events.
I'm working on an art collection based on the Cash and Cave graphic novel.
A collection of sketches of gender-flipped male musicians is in the works. I'll be doing such artists as Trent Reznor, Devin Townsend, Peter Murphy, Tim McIlrath, Adam Young, Zakk Wylde among many, many others.
So, yeah, a little update. I'm also wondering if any of you would be interested in any of these.
